I wouldnt think that a gasket failure would cause this much oil so Im thinking an oil cooler line or something similar. Problem is when I called the dealer to check availability on parts the parts department said the 2001 chrysler seabring limited doesnt have an oil cooler. Like Tom said check the oil level top it up stick a cap back on and drive the thing down to the service station and show them. Maybe let the engine idle in the driveway for a bit until most of the oil is burnt off the exhaust and the smoke has lessened. Then youre good to go.

If oil drips on a pulley or a belt then the rotation of those objects could sling the oil everywhere even as high as the bottom of the hood. Most likely an oil leak would have to be above these components and a good guess would be through something like a failed valve cover gasket.
When I parked I could smell oil burning and I opened the hood and there was oil sprayed all over the driver side of the engine bay. I could not locate where it came from and the dipstick had barely any oil on it now. Well I can clearly see the upper hose as well as the heateroil cooler return hose is still attached in your video. However you could have a split in one of the hoses. You could also have a deteriorated J plug.

From a redlight i got on it a little bit and 15 sec. Later i start to smell coolant inside the car. Roll my windows down thinking its coming from outside.
Then i notice a bunch of white smoke trailing the car. I pull over open the hood and i find coolant sprayed all over the engine. It came from the upper intake area as the hood.

When putting oil in it sprays all over engine only while driving and sometimes will smoke. It does not leak oil to the ground. But it spray it all over engine very quickly.
So it does not hold the oil. Have to keep putting oil in. Wash the engine.
