Just undo the 10mm bolts holding it down and it lifts up with the injectors still attached. If you see a small metal clip that looks like a staple use a small flathead screwdriver to remove or depress the clip.
Once rail is released there is a small black pipe underneath this just pulls off.

If you want to remove the rail from the car get a GM fuel line disconnect tool 516 for return and 38 for feed and. The fuel rail is held in by 3 12mm bolts you may want to take off the 10mm nuts holding on the wire harness wire-way right there so you can pull the injectors straight out easier. The fuel dampener is a 22mm or 78 size either will work perfectly.
Be aware when you take out the fuel dampener as there is a crush washer directly under it. Also the fuel line that connects to the fuel rail needs to be pulled to the right a little bit to be able to clear. Finally its time to remove the injectors.
