Not towing Im getting nearly 19mpg average. I have the EL 4x4 373 gear ratio using 93 octane. My truck was new in April.
2500 mile trip towing our 6500 24 travel trailer averaged 113 mpg hand calculated. That was mostly at 70mph lots of large hills and we had a 10-30mph headwind virtually the entire trip. Hope to do a little better as it breaks in more.
4200 miles total at end of trip. Get 22-23mpg at 65 unloaded. I have a 2014 AWD RT v8 towing 29 travel trailer 5k and went from Tx to mi and got 10 mpg on the way back it dropped to 85 mpg the route back was not rv friendly and as you can see a big drop never held 8th gear 6-7th most of the time and up hill 5th hoping the new 2021 with tow n go performs much better.
Just did a two week trip through northern California Oregon and Washington towing a 4500 lb travel trailer 3800 lbs unloaded with several mountain passes around 5-6000ft and averaged around 11 mpg while towing.
